During the Eid al-Adha holiday, over 22,000 notarizations were completed through the Saudi Ministry of Justice’s Virtual Notary Service on the Najiz e-services platform.
These included powers of attorney, declarations, social affairs, real estate transactions, and other services, streamlining user access and saving time.
The Virtual Notary enhances service quality, offering remote access to notarial services 24/7 via a unified electronic system. This improves governance and simplifies procedures.
Users can access the service on the Najiz platform by logging in through the National Single Sign-On system, selecting Notarial Services, choosing the Virtual Notary option, and completing the form.
A specialized team reviews the submission, and parties authenticate it using a verification code sent via the Absher system. Documents are then issued securely in digital format.
